David B. Zolotorofe is a Partner at Ansell Zaro Grimm & Aaron, P.C. and the Resident Managing Partner of the Firm's Clifton, New Jersey Office. Mr. Zolotorofe is a Member of the Firm's Commercial Real Estate Department where he specializes in multi-faceted commercial real estate development, including acquisition, land use and zoning, financing, leasing and divestment. He is also a Member of the Firm's Commercial, Finance & Banking Department, representing the interests of numerous banks and lending institutions in commercial loan transactions. As a Member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation Department, Mr. Zolotorofe also has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation involving real property and brokerage law. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Hartford and a Juris Doctorate degree from Pace University School of Law. Mr. Zolotorofe is a Member of the Passaic County and New Jersey State Bar Associations and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is the President of the Northern New Jersey and Rockland County Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Mr. Zolotorofe was the Managing Partner of the law firm of Goldman Zolotorofe & Corcoran, P.C. before that firm merged with Ansell Zaro Grimm & Aaron, P.C. in March 2005.
