Frederick C. Raffetto began his career in law as a law clerk at the firm in 1989, while attending law school at Seton Hall University in Newark, New Jersey. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Raffetto served as Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli, Assignment Judge of The Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County. At the conclusion of his clerkship, Mr. Raffetto joined the firm as an Associate in 1991 and served in the firms Municipal Law Department with New Jersey State Senator John O. Bennett, III, Esq., (R-12th District) until 1995, when that Department separated from the firm and formed the practice of McLaughlin, Bennett, Gelson and Cramer. Mr. Raffetto continued his work with public entities at that firm, and in January, 2001 was elevated to Partner. In July of 2002, Mr. Raffetto and some of his former colleagues became affiliated with the law firm of Dilworth Paxson LLP, in its Neptune office, where he continued to represent public and private clients in the areas of Municipal Law, Public Finance, Zoning and Land Use, Real Property Tax and Civil Litigation. Mr. Raffetto re-joined Ansell Zaro Grimm & Aaron, P.C. in
August of 2003 and, in December of 2007, Mr. Raffetto was
elevated to Partner.
