Jerold L. Zaro
(Retired)
Jerold
L. Zaro is the former President and Managing Partner of
Ansell Zaro Grimm & Aaron, who served as the Chairman of
the Commercial Real Estate and
Finance & Banking departments. Mr. Zaro recently retired from the practice of law
to
serve as the Chief of the Governor’s
Office of Economic Growth
for the State of New Jersey under Governor Jon S.
Corzine. Mr. Zaro devoted his entire professional
law career to commercial real estate, commercial and
banking matters. He is also the managing partner of
numerous commercial real estate partnerships, which own,
maintain and operate office, industrial and retail
property, together with over 500 apartment units,
located in eight different states. Mr. Zaro believes
that his experience in the real estate industry on
behalf of these various partnerships provided him with a
unique perspective and expertise which was an invaluable
asset to the commercial real estate clients of Ansell
Zaro Grimm & Aaron.
