Kristine joined the firm in 1993 as a law clerk during her third year of law school at Seton Hall University in Newark, New Jersey. While in law school, Ms. Bergman also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, U.S.B.J., (1992) and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the 1994 Barrister yearbook. Following her graduation from law school in 1994, Kristine served as Judicial law clerk to the Honorable Barbara Ann Villano, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County.

Kristine re-joined the firm in 1995 following the conclusion of her Superior Court clerkship. Initially, Ms. Bergman's practice included Matrimonial and Family, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense. Her practice is now concentrated in the area of Civil Litigation and Personal Injury.
