Kevin T. Corcoran is a Partner of the Firm, Chairman of the Residential Mortgage Banking and Brokering and a member of the Residential Real Estate and Commercial, Finance & Banking departments.

Mr. Corcoran specializes in providing complete legal services to the residential mortgage lender, whether a Bank, Licensed Mortgage Banker or Licensed Mortgage Broker, primarily in the States of New Jersey and New York. He represents some of the largest residential mortgage lenders in the country and has developed a unique consulting practice serving the mortgage banking industry from the creation of new business ventures to the merger of existing business ventures to structuring a lender’s internal and external quality control procedures and providing training. Mr. Corcoran possesses a unique insight into the residential mortgage banking industry as one-time in-house General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of a Mortgage Banking Seller/Servicer. Seeing the residential lending industry from the inside, Mr. Corcoran has become an invaluable asset to the residential lending clients of Ansell Zaro Grimm & Aaron.
