Melanie J. Scroble is an Associate of Ansell, Zaro, Grimm & Aaron. She received her B.A. in political science and philosophy from Albright College and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where she was a member of the Housing Clinic for the Center of Social Justice assisting with the pro bono representation of tenants in landlord/tenant actions. Following law school, Ms. Scroble practiced as an Associate with Jeffer, Hopkinson & Vogel in Passaic County and Ferro Labella & Zucker L.L.C. in Bergen County. Ms. Scroble is licensed to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the Passaic County Bar Association. Her practice consists of Commercial Real Estate matters including buying, selling, leasing and financing commercial and residential properties, with an emphasis on
shopping centers, apartment buildings. 1031 exchange
transactions, commercial financing and banking including
conduit loans and defeasance transactions, representing sellers, purchasers and lenders. She also has experience with corporate and land use matters.
