Rick Brodsky specializes in Zoning and Land Use, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Commercial, Finance & Banking and Real Estate Tax Appeals. He received his B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University, and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Brodsky has served as Mayor (1998) and Deputy Mayor (1997, 2000, 2001) of Middletown Township and was on the governing body from 1996-2003. Admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey, Mr. Brodsky is also a former Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Real Estate Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department. Mr. Brodsky was named in the list of outstanding attorneys in his practice in the 2010 edition of Super Lawyers Magazine.
