Robert A. Honecker, Jr., a Partner in the firm, was sworn in as the new President of the Monmouth County Bar Association on Wednesday, May 6, 2009. Mr. Honecker was sworn in by Superior Court Judge Anthony J. Mellaci, Jr. at a dinner held at Shadowbrook located in Shrewbury, New Jersey. Mr. Honecker held the posts of first and second assistant prosecutor, as well as acting prosecutor, during his more than twenty-five year tenure with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office before he joined this firm in January of 2007. Mr. Honecker, who has played a very active role in the Association, reached the final rung of the ladder, following in the footsteps of three other partners in this firm who previously served as Association President: David K. Ansell, Mitchell J. Ansell and Max M. Barr (1929-1993).
