ANSELL ZARO GRIMM & AARON, P.C., successor to Anschelewitz & Barr, a firm founded in 1929, is comprised of attorneys prepared to offer you or your company, a broad-based, diversified practice with a heavy emphasis on corporate law, contracts, commercial and residential real estate, banking and finance, land use and zoning, personal injury, matrimonial, general and commercial litigation, governmental affairs, municipal and criminal and municipal court law.

ANSELL ZARO GRIMM & AARON, P.C., while possessing a great diversity of specialties, has one common fiber . . . the philosophy that members of the firm share a commitment to people . . .to their State, their Counties and their home towns. ANSELL ZARO GRIMM & AARON, P.C., and its alumni have a unique distinction among New Jersey law firms as they include among their ranks a former Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, Judges from New Jersey Superior Court and the Tax Court, a New Jersey State Senate Majority Leader, an Assemblyman, a Commissioner and Chairman of the Highway Authority, Municipal Prosecutors, a former Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and President of the Monmouth County Bar Association, two District Ethics Committee Chairpersons, members of college and university boards of trustees and members of boards of churches, synagogues, hospitals, banks, corporate boards and other prominent community organizations.
The Firm's commitment to people is apparent in its work product. At ANSELL ZARO GRIMM & AARON, P.C., we adhere to the "plain English" theory of the practice of law. As a result of decades of representing public clients who are entrusted by the people with their affairs, we know first-hand that effective representation is representation that can be understood by the clients. First and foremost, good lawyers are effective communicators. This core element of the Firm's philosophy and practice has been time-tested by public bodies and private clients throughout New Jersey.
Each of our attorneys devotes his or her practice to a specific area. Since the law changes so rapidly today, focusing on a few specific areas is required to enable an attorney to maintain the necessary level of expertise with developments in that area.
We at ANSELL ZARO GRIMM & AARON, P.C. believe that should a client choose to be represented by our office, he or she would not retain an attorney but an entire law firm. There is, of course, one attorney who would be responsible for the overall affairs of the client, but as needs for particular specialties arise, different attorneys would also be involved under the direction of the lead counsel. Our attorneys would provide the client with coverage in virtually every area of specialization, affording a complete umbrella of legal services for the client's every legal need. In addition, since each attorney is so well-versed in his or her particular field, the amount of time necessary to attend to a given legal problem is shortened, thereby reducing the legal fees associated with that matter.
