The Department specializes in litigation in both the Law Division and Chancery Division of the Superior Court and appeals therefrom. The Department has over 30 reported Appellate and Supreme Court opinions. The Department handles both plaintiffs' claims and defense claims that are primarily filed in Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex Counties. The Department will take on cases outside of this geographic area as circumstances warrant.
