In the 1970s, the Firm began its long tradition of representing public bodies in numerous capacities, such as municipal attorney, municipal prosecutor, general counsel to local planning boards and local independent authorities and school solicitor. In 1992, the Firm formally established a Public Finance practice within this Department in response to its expanding role in representing municipalities, counties, school districts, fire districts and local authorities. Our Municipal/Public Finance Department clients are serviced by our primary office centrally located in Ocean Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey, near the Garden State Parkway and Route 18.
