ANSELL ZARO GRIMM & AARON, P.C. continues as a leader in Monmouth County in the preparation of sound Estate Plans, Wills, Trusts, and in the Administration of Trusts and Estates. Whether it is asset preservation in the context of Medicaid/Elder Law planning or issues relating to nursing home care, long term care and tax planning for future generations at all levels of wealth, we are able to assist you.

ANSELL ZARO GRIMM & AARON, P.C. has serviced the estate planning and estate settlement needs of clients from all walks of public and financial life.

During Operation Desert Storm and more recent military activities in the Middle East, the Firm has been available to Fort Monmouth's personnel that were deployed overseas on a moment's notice. These servicemen and women needed the full breadth of planning documents on less than 72 hours notice in many cases. ANSELL ZARO GRIMM & AARON, P.C. has an excellent relationship with the military's legal staff and is referred estate planning and related matters which cannot be handled for the servicemen and women on base.

Additionally, the Firm represents decedent's estates under administration with First Union Bank and a number of other lending institutions when those corporate fiduciaries have been selected by the Will client.

Local attorneys that do not specialize in complex planning often refer their valued clients to the Firm for the preparation of necessary estate planning documents including litigation in this area of the law regarding Will contests, settlement disputes and court accountings. These relationships and the need for a high degree of trust are well known in the local legal community.

The Firm has assisted in the settlement of foreign estates, typically Will clients whose estates have a remaining nexus to the State of New Jersey once the client has moved to another jurisdiction.

The Wills, Trusts and Estates Department is chaired by Partner Peter B. Grimm, who is fluent in German and knowledgeable in other languages and European customs. He has also represented clients with estate interests in Europe where a combined knowledge of the laws, languages and customs has been necessary. In addition, Mr. Grimm is familiar with Florida law and probate proceedings and is able to assist those New Jersey clients who maintain a residence or have ties to the State of Florida. The Department is further supported by Partner Peter S. Falvo, Jr.
